Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Steward to join our team at The Orchid, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure seamless service delivery to guests by maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and courteous.
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service operations and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and challenges.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
