Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented State Head (Tamil Nadu)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  statewide sales, distribution, and revenue growth

  for dairy products.
• Develop and execute

  state-level sales strategies, trade promotions, and expansion plans

  .
• Build, strengthen, and manage a

  robust distributor, wholesaler, and retailer network

  .
• Drive

  new product launches

  and ensure market penetration.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the

  regional and area sales managers

  to achieve performance excellence.
• Establish and monitor

  KPIs, sales targets, and productivity benchmarks

  across all regions.
• Oversee

  supply chain, logistics, and credit control

  to ensure smooth market operations.
• Develop relationships with

  modern trade, institutional buyers, and key accounts

  .
• Monitor

  competitor activities, consumer trends, and market dynamics

  , and suggest corrective strategies.
• Collaborate with

  marketing, finance, and production teams

  to align business goals.
• Provide

  regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates

  to senior management.
• Ensure

  compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and ethical business practices

  .

Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 years of experience in managing entire Tamil Nadu sales operations at a managerial level (preferably in dairy or food industry).

• Education:

  Any Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong

  geographical and market knowledge

  of Tamil Nadu.
• Proven ability in

  team leadership, channel development, and sales growth

  .
• Excellent

  analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

  .
• Strong

  decision-making and problem-solving abilities

  under dynamic business conditions.
