Area Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive in FMCG, your primary responsibilities will include developing and nurturing relationships with retailers and distributors in the Palladam and Tirupur regions. You will be tasked with meeting monthly sales targets, ensuring product availability within your designated territory, and enhancing brand visibility through regular field visits and interactions with local retailers. Additionally, you will be expected to keep a close eye on competitor activities, provide market insights, and oversee product placement, visibility, and stock rotation at retail outlets. Collaboration with internal teams for seamless order processing, delivery, and collections will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a preference for candidates from the food industry. A sound understanding of the Palladam-Tirupur retail and wholesale market is essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and on-field execution skills. A self-motivated and target-oriented approach is crucial for success in this role, and having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory. Local candidates from the Palladam or Tirupur area will be given preference. Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline, with those having relevant experience in FMCG sales being prioritized for consideration.
