· Follow up with the accounts department for Advance requests if required · Follow up with the supplier for the material dispatch as per the delivery schedule. · Preparing the payable Outstanding statements for the supplies made by the vendors and following up on the Accounts. · Releasing PO for Marketing related activities (Catalog, pamphlets, Banner, Paper Advisement, Radio jingle) · Releasing the PO for the Office requirements & follow-ups. · Vendor Evaluations for new supplier to sourcing alternative parties for existing and new products (Including Re-engineering) · Preparing technical & commercial comparison data sheets for negotiation for the approved capital goods. · Follow up of Rejected/replacement & material sent for service . · Medicine & Vaccine purchase and follow-up for KH Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
