As we continue to expand across India and global markets, we are strengthening our Finance team and looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Executive to support data-driven decision-making and business growth.

🔑 Role Overview

The FP&A Executive will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial & sales MIS reports, ensuring accurate branch accounting, preparing P&L statements, supporting cost budgeting, and assisting in book closure & compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide meaningful financial insights to management.

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze weekly & monthly Sales MIS reports (branch-wise, product-wise, customer-wise).
• Create and maintain Accounting MIS for management review.
• Prepare monthly cost budgets and track actual vs. budget expenses with variance analysis.
• Evaluate and analyze sales schemes & profitability.
• Prepare monthly branch-wise & consolidated Profit & Loss statements.
• Support book closure, reconciliations, and accurate accounting entries.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and branch teams for data validation.

• Accuracy in monthly branch-wise book closure.
• Effective budgeting and variance analysis.
• Compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.
• 🎓 Qualifications & SkillsEducation: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter or Semi-qualified).
• Experience: 2–7 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in multi-branch companies.
• Technical Skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Tally/ERP/SAP, accounting standards.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, strong communication, ability to meet deadlines.
