As a State Head in the automobile sector (EV Sector), you will be responsible for managing sales operations within a specific geographical area. Your primary duties will include developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and leading sales teams effectively. You will be expected to set and achieve sales goals as per the business plan shared by the candidate for the dealership. Developing sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will need to monitor and analyze sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement, communicate with other departments to ensure the sales team is well-equipped, and build and maintain relationships with key clients. Developing sales campaigns that align with dealership goals and reporting on dealer performance, market shares, market information, and sales forecasts will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be willing to travel to various locations as required, work on a target basis, and have experience of 3 to 6 years in the automobile sector, with a minimum of 2 years in the EV sector. Furthermore, your ability to handle team members effectively and ensure the achievement of sales targets set by management will be essential.
