Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Lead and manage state-level field retail sales operations
• 🚀 Drive and monitor sales performance across large on-ground teams
• 📈 Implement growth strategies to expand retail reach and improve productivity
• 🛡️ Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance norms, and quality standards
• 📑 Conduct performance reviews, track KPIs, and drive actionable insights
• 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution
• 📘 Oversee training, capability-building, and performance management initiatives

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Telecom, Fintech, or large-scale field/retail sales operations
• Strong leadership with experience managing sizeable on-ground teams
• Data-driven decision-making & strong stakeholder management
• Graduate; MBA preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
