As a full-time on-site State Head based in Indore, you will play a vital role in managing the overall business operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, meeting sales targets within the state, supervising branch managers, designing and executing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership and team management abilities to effectively oversee branch managers and formulate successful sales strategies. A track record of success in business operations and achieving sales targets is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. A comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the housing finance sector is necessary. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities are key assets. Experience in the financial services or housing finance industry would be advantageous. The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is vital. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required, and a postgraduate qualification is preferred.,
