Job Title: State Head – Rehabilitation/Homecare Services

State Head

Business & Growth

• Lead overall state-level business operations and drive revenue growth
• Develop and execute business strategies to expand rehabilitation services and partnerships
• Identify new business opportunities, referral networks, and alliances with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare institutions
• Ensure achievement of revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets

P&L & Financial Management

• Own and manage state-level

  P&L

  , budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to meet profitability goals
• Ensure efficient resource utilization and operational cost control

Operations & Service Delivery

• Oversee day-to-day operations of rehab centers to ensure quality patient care and compliance
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks
• Ensure regulatory compliance, clinical governance, and patient safety standards
• Coordinate with clinical, nursing, therapy, and support teams for smooth operations

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and clinical support
• Drive performance management, training, and team engagement
• Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
• Proven experience in

  Healthcare / Pharma / Rehab / Hospital operations

• Strong exposure to P&L ownership, business development, and operations management

• Experience managing multi-functional teams at a regional/state level

• Candidates must be from Odisha

  and

  willing to relocate to Raipur

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strategic thinking with execution capability
• Excellent understanding of healthcare operations and business drivers
• Financial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
