Job Title

SSH-SAP-ITTo perform a bridge circuit role between Finance team and IT SAP Technical support by converting business requirements into SAP functional understanding. The role will also perform an integration role with costing, planning, quality & materials team.

Principal Accountabilities

Principal Accountabilities: Master data management for FI moduleFI basic level configuration in SAP, Key data Structure for FIL0 & L1 level support to finance & account teamAddressing new requirements and business reportingKnowledge on SAP FI backend tablesKnowledge on interface integrations with SAP FI moduleSupporting Actions: To closely coordinate with Finance team, understand business need and provide SAP supportEnsure timely maintenance of masters into SAP system and updated in all respectAddressing FI tickets as per SLAAudit the SAP-FI process on timely manner and Learn about SAP best practices and apply into systemFacilitate SAP FI module related training programsDrive Digital initiatives in finance areaPrepare business requirement specification document & perform UAT for FI relevant new development/enhancementEnsure proper authorization access of FI relevant roles to users in order to avoid any conflict and audit observationsCoordination with internal & external agencies.
