Sr. Team Member - Operations and MIS

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professionalto manage MIS and reporting functions for Direct and Cross-sell businesschannels. This role will be responsible for generating and sharing dailybusiness reports with the field team, coordinating with outsourced contactcenters for lead generation tracking, and preparing performance dashboards formanagement reviews. The position plays a critical role in enabling data-drivendecision-making and driving business visibility across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Business Reporting:
  Prepare and circulate daily MIS reports to the field team, covering key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and business performance across Direct and Cross-sell channels.
• Contact Center Coordination:
  Interact regularly with outsourced contact centers to track lead generation activities, validate data, and ensure timely reporting of performance metrics.
• Cross-sell Lead Tracking:
  Monitor and report on cross-sell lead flow, allocation, and conversion, ensuring alignment with business targets and campaign objectives.
• Management Dashboards:
  Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management reviews, highlighting trends, performance insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Data Accuracy & Validation:
  Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across all reports. Conduct periodic audits and validations to maintain data integrity.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency in data handling and visualization.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or analytics, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
