Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the availability of assigned categories, including Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) and other retail products.
Maintain high ownership in ensuring stock availability and achieving set targets.
Generate Purchase Orders (POs) on a weekly basis to assigned vendors.
Ensure timely inwarding of shipments and work on reducing lead times wherever possible.
Manage inventory levels at both Warehouse (WH) and Point of Delivery (POD).
Vendor management, including onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking.
Data creation and maintenance related to inventory, orders, and vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and resolve issues.

Desired Candidate:

Graduate with knowledge of Supply Chain, Operations, and Retail.
1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, or Procurement, preferably with Fruits & Vegetables.
Hands-on experience in operations, inwarding, vendor management, and data management.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving mindset and good negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Supply Chain is preferred but not mandatory.
