Develop and execute fundraising strategies and targets by mapping various innovation activities to funders donors, foundations, and corporations (including CSR). Identify and cultivate relationships with high-potential funders aligned with our goals and strategy. Ideally, shape the strategies of the funders. Collaborate with internal innovation, startup and platform teams to understand and inform priorities for fundraising. Help structure and communicate activities so that they are more amenable to funding. Research and write grant applications and fundraising proposals and presentations. Work with internal teams to formulate and share success stories, methodology and thought leadership through blogs, opinion pieces, and participation in events. Requirements and skills 3+ years of experience in fundraising with a proven track record of securing funding, ideally for technology-based solutions. Familiarity or experience in startup incubation and/or technology innovations for social impact in one or more priority domains: industry 4.0, mobility, agriculture and health. Understanding and passion for key technology areas (AI, robotics, autonomous systems, and communication/network technologies) and their application potential for industry, economy and society. Exceptional writing, presentation, and verbal skills to effectively communicate. Competence with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and equivalent Google products. Familiarity with using AI assistants, including for video conferencing, is desired. Disciplined day-to-day execution, including coordinating, calendaring, defining agenda, note taking, articulating next steps and ensuring follow-ups. Bachelors degree.
