Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team at PVR INOX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all technical equipment related to cinema operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on projection systems, sound equipment, and other technical systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues during screenings and events to minimize disruption. Installation: Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and lighting. Collaboration: Work closely with the cinema management and other team members to coordinate technical needs for special events and screenings. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests. Qualifications: Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in a technical role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of audio-visual equipment, projection systems, and lighting technology. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
