About the Role

Sr. Manager – Sourcing [Wovens]

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for woven fabrics in womenswear.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers through market research and performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for reliable and quality supply.
• Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews, driving improvement plans.
• Manage the sourcing budget, identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Travel to explore new fabrics, vendor facilities, and production capabilities.
• Solve product development and production challenges with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields

  (MBA or certifications like CPSM, CIPS preferred).

• 7+ years in sourcing/procurement

  , with 5–6 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Proven experience in developing successful sourcing strategies.
• Strong

  negotiation, supplier management, and contract management

  skills.
• Excellent

  analytical and problem-solving abilities

  with attention to detail.

• Womenswear woven fabrics experience preferred
