Key Responsibilities:

• Application Architecture & Development: Lead the design, development, and meticulous maintenance of scalable web applications engineered to support thousands of concurrent users with high performance and reliability.

• API Design & Optimization: Architect and optimize high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs, primarily leveraging Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript, to ensure efficient data flow and robust service integration.

• Frontend Excellence: Craft intuitive, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces (UIs) using React, Material UI, and TailwindCSS, ensuring an exceptional and consistent user experience across all devices.

• Enterprise System Integration: Seamlessly integrate our applications with complex enterprise systems, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV, utilizing various protocols such as SOAP/OData.

Cloud Operations & DevOps: Oversee the deployment, continuous monitoring, and scalable operation of applications on leading cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), expertly leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

• Code Quality & Agile Methodologies: Uphold and champion rigorous code quality standards by writing clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code (using Jest for unit testing). Actively participate in and contribute to agile development practices and code reviews.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage actively and collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists, to deliver integrated and high-quality solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on, progressive experience as a Full Stack Developer or Senior Software Engineer in MERN stack specifically.

• Core Technologies: Exceptional command and proven expertise with the following technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express.js (Good to have – Python).

• Database & DevOps Proficiency: Practical experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), SQL databases, in-memory data stores (e.g., Redis), and a strong understanding of modern Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows.

• Cloud & Containerization: Demonstrable familiarity and working knowledge of leading cloud service providers (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Software Design Principles: A solid, foundational understanding and practical application of core software design principles, architectural patterns, and clean architecture methodologies.

• Problem-Solving & Communication: A demonstrable aptitude for complex problem-solving, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• Protocols with all layers of networking knowledge: TCP-IP, UDP, MQTT, HTTP, and HTTPS.
