We are looking for a results-driven SEO Expert with 2–4 years of experience to join our team and help us scale our brand presence from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored for both C2C Media and client brands.
• Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify technical, on-page, and off-page improvements.
• Plan and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Keyword Research & Optimization
• Perform in-depth keyword research to identify content opportunities and search intent.
• Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for targeted keywords.

2. Technical SEO

• Monitor and improve site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and page speed.
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues (schema markup, sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, etc.).

3. Content SEO

• Work closely with content writers to ensure content is SEO-friendly and strategically aligned.
• Provide content briefs based on keyword research and topic clusters.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track, measure, and report performance metrics (organic traffic, rankings, conversions).
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar to deliver insights and actionable recommendations.
• Competitor & Market Analysis
• Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and industry trends.
• Suggest innovative approaches to stay ahead in SERPs.
• Collaboration & Growth
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on SEO fundamentals if required.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist/Expert (agency or brand-side).
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
• Proven track record of improving rankings and driving organic growth.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy.
• Self-starter attitude, proactive, and adaptable to startup environments.
