Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CAC, and conversions to maximize ROI.
• Run A/B tests, analyze data, and optimize creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Work with design/content teams to ensure high-performing ad assets.

SEO

• Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for higher search visibility.
• Build and manage backlink strategies and partnerships.
• Track, measure, and report on SEO performance using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.

Leadership & Training

• Guide, mentor, and train interns/assistants in SEO and paid ads.
• Assign tasks, review their work, and help them grow into independent contributors.
  

• Minimum

  3 years of proven experience

  in Performance Marketing & SEO.
• Strong command of

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)

  .
• Demonstrated track record of scaling ad campaigns and improving SEO rankings.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Clarity).
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects and clients.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  

• Experience with

  E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
