Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Branding

• Design graphics for websites, social media posts, ads, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop brand-consistent creatives for both C2C Media and client projects.
• Create infographics, illustrations, and layouts that tell stories visually.

• Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, ads, and campaigns.
• Add animations, transitions, effects, and sound to enhance storytelling.
• Repurpose raw footage into polished, engaging videos.

• Idea Generation & Creative Strategy

• Independently conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns.
• Contribute fresh concepts, design directions, and content ideas during brainstorming.
• Align design and video work with campaign objectives and audience insights.

• Collaboration

• Work closely with content writers, marketers, and web developers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum

  3 years of proven experience

  in graphic design and video editing (agency/startup background preferred).
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools:

• Graphic Design:

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma (or similar).

• Video Editing:

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or similar).
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
• Knowledge of social media trends, formats, and what engages audiences.
• Ability to think independently, bring original ideas, and execute them end-to-end.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of animation/motion graphics is a plus.
