Senior Graphic Designer

As a Design Lead at our company, your primary responsibility will be to lead the design team in developing innovative visual concepts for e-learning courses, marketing materials, and user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, animations, and layouts that align with our brand guidelines and educational objectives. - Ensure all visual materials maintain brand integrity and adhere to established style guidelines. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. - Oversee multiple design projects, managing timelines and resources to deliver high-quality work on schedule. - Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our visual strategies. Qualifications Required: - Total work experience: 3 years (Required) - Design experience: 3 years (Required) In this role, you will work full-time on a permanent basis during day shifts from Monday to Friday at our in-person work location.
