Senior Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality visual assets for 

  digital, print, branding, marketing, and corporate communications

  .
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for 

  web banners, social media creatives, emailers, presentations, brochures, and marketing collaterals

  .
• Ensure 

  brand consistency

   across all design outputs and marketing touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with 

  marketing, product, content, and business teams

   to understand requirements and deliver design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create and refine 

  UX/UI design assets

   using Figma, ensuring usability and visual clarity.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Review and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and creative guidance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in 

  graphic design or visual communication

  .
• Strong proficiency in 

  Adobe Creative Suite

  :
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Figma
• Solid understanding of 

  design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

  .
• Experience in 

  digital marketing creatives and print production

  .
• Ability to translate concepts into visually engaging designs with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong 

  portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design work

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with 

  marketing agencies, EdTech, retail, or corporate branding teams

  .
• Basic understanding of 

  UX/UI design workflows

  .
• Exposure to motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
• Experience mentoring or leading design teams.
