Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and support marketing, digital, and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print media, including social media, websites, mobile apps, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams to deliver engaging design solutions
• Translate concepts and business requirements into creative visuals
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
• Review and improve existing designs to enhance visual appeal and effectiveness
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with digital marketing creatives and branding projects
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT, software, or digital marketing companies
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
