Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Tiruchirappalli. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and developing and implementing strategic plans to boost company revenue. Daily tasks include market research, client outreach, proposal development, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Cycle Management
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the digital marketing or IT consulting industry is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
