Sr. Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales operations in the Rajkot region. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring revenue growth to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet organizational targets effectively. - Identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships. - Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals. - Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead generation and promotional campaigns. - Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5 to 8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics effectively. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
