Facilitate effective communication between sales and project delivery teams. • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for market expansion and new business development. Explore untapped regions and sectors for potential solar projects. • Industry Representation: Represent Avghni Solar at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Build and maintain a positive brand image in the solar EPC sector. Qualifications • MBA from a reputed institution • Extensive experience in a senior sales role within the solar or renewable energy industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • In-depth knowledge of solar solutions, project development, and EPC processes. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics. • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
