Job Description

We are looking for (Thrill Factory and Drone Craft) for a Senior Sales Manager in the school, hotel, and resort management system focus heavily on driving revenue, building client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans within the hospitality or education sectors. (Job Location Dehradun, Rishikesh )

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and budgeted revenues for the property or institution.
  • Maximize occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and event revenues.
  • Identify, qualify, and solicit new business opportunities, including corporate, leisure, group, and catering clients.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve goals and expand market presence.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Forecast sales targets and prepare detailed sales reports and budgets for management review.
  • Client & Relationship Management:
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing customers, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes while delivering excellent customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the facilities and services effectively.
  • System & Operations Coordination:
  • Utilize and manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track client accounts, leads, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, catering, front desk, housekeeping) to ensure seamless service delivery for booked events and guest experiences.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and established rules/guidelines.
  • Leadership & Team Management (for senior roles):
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, setting clear objectives and action plans to ensure comprehensive client servicing and productivity.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
