Job Description

We are a technology-led organization operating across multiple business verticals and entering a phase of accelerated scale. We are seeking a senior sales leader to own end-to-end revenue growth, sales strategy, and execution across one or more verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive

    revenue growth

    across multiple business verticals
  • Define and execute

    sales strategy and GTM motion

    (enterprise, mid-market, partner-led)
  • Build a

    predictable, scalable sales engine

    with strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting
  • Own

    sales P&L

    , targets, pricing inputs, and deal governance
  • Build, mentor, and scale

    high-performing sales and account management teams

  • Establish and grow

    strategic partnerships and channel sales motions

  • Drive large, complex

    enterprise and strategic deals

    from pursuit to closure
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure strong

    customer alignment and retention

  • Implement and track key metrics: bookings, ARR, win rates, sales velocity, average deal size, and churn

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in

    B2B enterprise sales or SaaS sales leadership

  • Proven track record of

    scaling revenue across multiple products or verticals

  • Prior ownership of

    large sales targets and P&L responsibility

  • Strong experience in

    enterprise and strategic account sales

  • Exposure to

    partner, alliance, and channel-driven sales models

  • Experience building sales teams in

    growth-stage or scale-up environments

  • Comfortable operating in

    ambiguous, high-growth, founder-led organizations

  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presence
