Job Description

Job brief We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Roles & Responsibilities: Sales Executive responsibilities include: 1. Sales Generation and Customer Acquisition: Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through various methods like networking, online research, and referrals. Prospecting: Reaching out to potential clients to introduce the company's products and services. Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. Sales Presentations: Delivering compelling presentations on the company's water bottles and their benefits. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Working with customers to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. 2. Customer Management and Support: Managing Existing Accounts: Overseeing a portfolio of existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and addressing customer concerns. Providing Customer Service: Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Gathering Customer Feedback: Collecting feedback from customers to improve products, services, and sales strategies. 3. Sales Planning and Reporting: Setting Sales Targets: Establishing realistic sales goals for the team and individual sales representatives. Developing Sales Strategies: Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue. Reporting and Analysis: Preparing regular sales reports, tracking performance, and analysing trends to identify areas for improvement. 4. Other Responsibilities : Participating in Trade Shows and Events: Representing the company at industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Proven Experience in FMCG industry Preferred experience- 2-5 years Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9922001723 Application Deadline: 25/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 10/07/2025
