Role Overview: MostEdge (formerly Aboveo) is seeking an Analyst/Specialist - Sales to join their team in Vadodara. As an Analyst/Specialist - Sales, you will be responsible for driving existing customers to premium services/upgrade, identifying gaps in customers" business operations to drive revenue, and coordinating with the Inventory Management team to address customers" challenges. You will also handle customer inquiries, provide product demos about service upgrades, conduct surveys, and take feedback from existing customers. The role requires exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, proficiency in using Microsoft Tools, product knowledge, customer management expertise, and experience in international voice processes. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate & drive existing customers to premium services/upgrade - Identify gaps in customers" business operations & leverage them to drive revenue - Coordinate with Inventory Management team to address customers" challenges - Handle customers" inquiries & encourage them for service upgrades - Provide product demos about service upgrades - Conduct surveys & take feedback from existing customers - Communicate effectively in English, Hindi & Telugu (verbal & written) - Proficiently use all Microsoft Tools (Office - Excel, Word, PPT; Outlook, Teams etc.) - Demonstrate product knowledge & effective customer management - Experience in international voice process - Manage the sales process from lead to closing opportunity - Implement sales strategies based on geographical and association presence - Collaborate with different commercial teams, field marketing, and remote teams - Manage the sales pipeline and fill the funnel - Build and lead a team towards achieving targets - Reach out to a bigger dataset for sales opportunities - Achieve monthly number-driven outcomes from multi-dimensional sources - Improve relationship management to increase numbers from various network locations Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree (Any) - Experience: - 6+ years of experience in international voice process - Proven track record of generating sales leads & upsells - Experience in mentoring a sales team - Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and sales strategy Additional Company Details (if provided in JD): MostEdge (formerly Aboveo) is revolutionizing the retail industry with a cutting-edge analytics platform designed to prioritize customer needs and shape the future of retail.
