Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Executive at our company, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and offering our advanced solutions in supply chain automation, traceability, and enterprise mobility. Your 2-4 years of B2B solution sales experience will be crucial in meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the industry. - Understand customer pain points and effectively position our solutions to address them. - Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and discussions with key stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at OEMs. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven proposals. - Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in B2B solution sales. - Strong experience in cold calling, field prospecting, and lead generation. - Understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and market dynamics in the automotive ecosystem. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. - Familiarity with barcode/RFID, enterprise mobility, or supply chain solutions is preferred.,
