Key Responsibilities For Sales: Attend walk-in clients at the showroom, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable ceramic products including tiles, sanitaryware, and fittings. Develop a personal client base by meeting and networking with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to promote our product range. Prepare and share quotations tailored to client needs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely order processing, smooth delivery, and installation support. Provide after-sales service by resolving issues, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business. Stay updated with the latest product trends and technical specifications to confidently advise clients and partners. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups in CRM or other sales tracking systems. Key Responsibilities for Business Development Associate: Identify and connect with new architects, interior designers, and industry professionals to expand our business network and promote our ceramic product range. Generate new customer leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners to drive repeat business and referrals. Analyze emerging market trends and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and adapt business strategies accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and improve overall customer experience. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans aimed at business expansion and increased market share. Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or sales reports.
