Job Description

to Key Responsibilities For Sales:

Attend to walk-in clients at the showroom, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable ceramic products including tiles, sanitaryware, and fittings.
Develop a personal client base by meeting and networking with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to promote our product range.
Prepare and share quotations tailored to client needs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely order processing, smooth delivery, and installation support.
Provide after-sales service by resolving issues, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business.
Stay updated with the latest product trends and technical specifications to confidently advise clients and partners.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups in CRM or other sales tracking systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
