We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our sales efforts and drive market penetration in the Kashipur, Rudrapur (Utrakhand) area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening our distribution network, engaging directly with dairy farmers and retailers, and achieving ambitious sales and revenue targets. This field-focused role requires a deep understanding of the local rural market and proven experience in the animal nutrition or agri-products sector. Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and collection targets for the assigned territory. Business Development: Identify, approach, and onboard new customers, including dairy farmers, retailers, and distributors, to expand the market footprint. Distributor and Channel Management: Establish, manage, and strengthen relationships with local distributors and channel partners to ensure efficient product availability and smooth order fulfillment. Farmer Engagement and Promotion: Conduct field visits, organize product demonstrations, lead farmer meetings, and manage local promotional activities to build brand awareness and drive product adoption. Market Intelligence: Continuously track competitor activities, analyze market trends, and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Reporting and Coordination: Prepare and maintain accurate daily/weekly sales reports and coordinate closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and timely payment collections. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field sales. Prior experience in the cattle feed, animal nutrition, agriculture, or FMCG industry is essential. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Strong understanding of rural market dynamics and distributor-driven sales models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a field-based environment. Basic proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office for reporting and analysis.
