About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in the booming Indian wellness industry. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about sales, possesses excellent English & Hindi communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Deliver online and offline presentations about Ayurveda services.
• Represent the company at fairs, wellness fests, exhibitions, camps, and promotional events.
• Provide presentations to visitors and prospective clients.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain and update CRM systems accurately.
• Support team coordination and team management activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and help achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay informed about Ayurveda, wellness trends, and competitor products.

Skills & Requirements

• Passion for sales and enthusiasm for the Ayurveda/wellness sector.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Fast and efficient in using computers, CRM tools, email, and online platforms.
• Customer-focused approach with clear and professional handling of inquiries.
• Willingness to travel for events, fairs, and client meetings (as needed).
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Experience in sales (Ayurveda, wellness, health, hospitality) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
