We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and social media channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored products or services as appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring all sales targets and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify selling possibilities and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or a relevant role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and business development acumen.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated with a results-driven and tenacious approach to achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, though relevant experience is highly valued).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle objections and find effective solutions.
