We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Responsibilities include auditing financial documents, reconciling bank statements, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and accounting principles to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions, including recording and classifying financial data in the general ledger.
• Prepare and publish financial statements (balance sheets, income statements,Tds, and cash flow statements) in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
• Conduct internal audits of financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).

Qualifications and Skills

Required

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, Tally) and advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot numerical mistakes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
