Job Description:

Ark Stainless Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
• Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements.
• Process payroll and maintain employee records.
• Reconcile inventory and perform periodic inventory audits.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Utilize Tally Prime software to input, process, and analyze financial information.
• Provide support during external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime software is compulsory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
