Sr. Sales Consultant

Role Overview: As a BMW Sales Consultant, your role will be to serve as the brand ambassador, assisting customers in the purchasing process of both new and pre-owned BMW vehicles. Your primary focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience by highlighting BMW's innovation, performance, and luxury, all while achieving or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers, ascertain their vehicle requirements, and lead them through the BMW sales procedure. - Showcase an in-depth understanding of BMW vehicles, their features, and advantages. - Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to enhance customer experience. - Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and present financing and leasing options. - Professionally and effectively negotiate pricing to successfully close sales. - Maintain communication with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. - Stay updated on inventory, BMW product enhancements, and industry trends. - Utilize CRM systems to record customer interactions and follow-up actions. - Engage in BMW and dealership training programs to remain well-informed and compliant. Qualifications: - Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the automotive or luxury retail sector. - A passion for the BMW brand and the automotive industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Professional demeanor and appearance. - Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience with luxury or premium brands. - Knowledge of BMW models and their features. - Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or DealerSocket.
