Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the showroom.
  • Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on preferences, budget, and usage.
  • Present vehicle features, specifications, and finance options effectively.
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and features in detail.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, competitive models, and current promotions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, test drives, and sales using CRM software.
  • Represent the dealership professionally at events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
