Sr. Sales Consultant

As a Sr. Sales Consultant, your role involves building strong relationships with clients seeking personalized hair loss treatment solutions. You will provide tailored advice considering factors such as facial features, age, profession, personality, and individual expectations, contributing to the growth and success of the studio. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for new client sales, upselling, and cross-selling. - Generate additional opportunities through various channels beyond central marketing efforts. - Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for onboarded clients. - Set and achieve daily consultation and revenue targets, evaluating performance regularly. - Drive monthly revenue targets to enhance the studio's financial growth. - Collaborate closely with a business partner mindset to achieve common objectives. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree is required. - Preferred age: 30 years and above. - Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience. - Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational abilities to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. - Proficient in consultative, one-on-one selling. - Experience in face-to-face consultations with high-net-worth clients (HNI).
