Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to support our job consultancy firm in attracting new clients and job seekers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our recruitment services, enhancing brand visibility, and developing strategies to increase leads and conversions across B2B (corporate clients) and B2C (job seekers) segments. Key Responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target new client companies looking for recruitment services. Pitch consultancy services via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. 2. Candidate Marketing & Outreach: Plan and execute campaigns to attract qualified job seekers. Promote job openings across online channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.). Coordinate with recruitment teams to align marketing with hiring needs. 3. Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Create content (posts, blogs, newsletters) to increase brand awareness. Track and analyze digital campaign performance (traffic, engagement, leads). 4. Event & Campaign Planning: Organize job fairs, webinars, and hiring drives in collaboration with partners. Develop email marketing campaigns for employer and candidate outreach. Support branding initiatives, including brochures, presentations, and banners. 5. Market Research: Monitor competitor activities and market trends in recruitment and staffing. Conduct surveys to understand client and candidate expectations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in recruitment, HR, or consultancy industry. Strong communication and presentation skills.
