Sr. Sales Consultant

We are hiring Senior Sales Consultants for a leading Life Insurance organization under Banca & Agency channel. In this role, you will be placed at partnered bank branches, working closely with Bank staff to handle walk-in customers and generate life insurance business. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with bank branch staff and customers
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions
• Generate revenue through sales of life insurance products
• Lead engagement activities and ensure smooth service experience
• Achieve business targets and maintain sales discipline

Required Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales (Preferred: Banking / NBFC / BFSI Sales)
• Graduation is Mandatory (Any Stream)
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Age Limit: 21 to 34 years
• Work-oriented and willing to take responsibility
