Your main responsibilities will include achieving desired outcomes for clients, both in short-term milestones and long-term objectives. Additionally, you will lead a team of consultants appointed on projects to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. You will also directly engage with clients, including Directors or CXO level, and their teams to achieve desired results. Understanding client challenges in Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and overall business will be crucial in designing and implementing effective Business Growth Strategies. You will be responsible for solving complex business problems, conducting market research, understanding industry trends, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
