You will be responsible for: - Greeting and assisting walk-in customers at the showroom with professionalism. - Understanding customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles. - Presenting vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options clearly. - Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle performance and benefits. - Negotiating sales prices, finalizing deals, and processing necessary paperwork. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships for repeat sales and referrals. - Staying updated on product knowledge, competitor models, and market trends. - Coordinating with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transactions. - Participating in promotional events, campaigns, and lead-generation activities. Qualifications required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and sales skills. - Ability to understand customer needs and preferences. - Knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. - Experience in achieving sales targets is preferred.
