Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the organizational sales objectives Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities. Utilize findings to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to ensure adequate resources are allocated to meet sales targets and business objectives. Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure sales goals are achieved. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the sales team to ensure they are motivated, productive, and focused on achieving targets. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to effectively promote and sell company products and services. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities for senior management and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities. Desired Candidate Profile Proven track record of success in sales management Experience in maintenance and inspection tools ( specially industrial tools which is used for shutdown , maintenance and productivity enhancement) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of CRM systems Ability to travel as required.
