Sr Recruiter

Notified is seeking a strong Sr Recruiter. In this role you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire high-quality candidates in alignment with departmental goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, advise on best practices, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants. Key duties include screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews, extending offers and creating offer letters.

Essential Duties

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment to meet divisional hiring goals while ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess needs, advise on best practices, and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates; recommend top applicants for next round interviews.
  • Use creative sourcing techniques and social media to build talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with external search firms to expand candidate pipelines.
  • Create offer letters and extend offers to new hires.

Process Management & Documentation

  • Ensure quality applicant flow and maintain accurate documentation of candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.
  • Identify and report hiring challenges; recommend process improvements.
  • Attend career fairs and represent the company to attract talent.

Project & Team Support

  • Assist with departmental projects, including documentation, reporting, and status updates.
  • Maintain organized project files and communicate progress to project leads.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, human resources management, or a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements

Experience

  • Minimum Four years recruiting experience required preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • 2 Years of technical recruitment experience
  • Full cycle recruitment experience
  • Expertise in sourcing and social media including Linkedin and other social media platforms.
  • Experience with offer negotiations and extending offer letters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Other

  • Suite of office software packages, Excel
  • Oracle and Workday a plus
