Sr Recruiter

As a highly experienced and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be joining our growing team at Algoleap. Your main responsibility will involve full-cycle recruitment, specifically focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent across various IT disciplines, with a particular emphasis on emerging technologies like AI/ML. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates for IT roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, and DevOps Engineers. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our employer brand, utilizing various channels for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, coordinating interviews, assisting with onboarding processes, and analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess 5-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within the IT industry, proven expertise in sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, a strong understanding of the IT landscape and emerging technologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in ATS systems like Zoho Recruit and Fieldglass, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
