As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Algoleap, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent within the IT industry, focusing on emerging technologies like AI/ML. Your responsibilities will include: - Full-cycle recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard top-tier candidates for IT roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, and DevOps Engineers. - Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent. - Sourcing: Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to identify and engage qualified candidates. - Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews, review resumes and applications, and assess candidate qualifications. - Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. - Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks, offer letters, and new hire orientation. - Data Analysis: Track key metrics, analyze recruitment data, and identify areas for improvement. - Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies like AI/ML and Cloud Computing, and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within the IT industry. - Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles. - Strong understanding of the IT landscape and emerging technologies such as AI/ML and Cloud Computing. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Zoho Recruit and Fieldglass. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
