Sr Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continuous improvement of the staffing function within the company. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, selecting, and hiring qualified candidates for vacant positions, ensuring compliance with company policies and diversity hiring goals. You will also provide guidance to junior members of the staffing team and collaborate with management to establish staffing objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Source, select, and hire qualified candidates using cost-effective techniques - Manage applicant flow and diversity hiring goals - Provide guidance and direction to junior staffing team members - Write job postings, review applications, and conduct interviews - Create partnerships with external recruiters, employment agencies, and online recruiting sources - Coordinate job advertising and attend job fairs - Provide coaching and counseling to business leaders on staffing goals - Assist in training line management on recruiting and selection processes - Stay updated on market trends impacting candidate attraction - Ensure timely provision of employee-related information to management teams Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree required - 4-6 years of experience in staffing or related roles - Extensive knowledge of legislation in the recruiting process - Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and HRIS applications - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a matrix environment and establish effective working relationships - Discretion, confidentiality, and ability to multitask and prioritize - Understanding of commercial environment and market trends - Customer service, presentation, influencing, coaching, and counseling skills You will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the successful recruitment and retention of top talent to support the company's growth and objectives.,
