What You Will Do
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM & Payroll Analyst to join the Corporate Business Systems Team. This person will report to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Business Systems and will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll and Recruiting. This position will also assist in a developing a roadmap for process improvement and enhancement opportunities to leverage our investment in the Cloud HCM platform while meeting business requirements. Ideal candidate will have technical and functional skills in Oracle HCM and Payroll.
- Provide day-to-day systems support for Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll and Recruiting modules
- Assist with open tickets for enhancements and bug fixes, including but not limited to report fixes, interface modifications, configuration changes, implementing new features and security role changes, and will require technical and functional experience and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Oracle support when needed for bug fixes and other technical issues.
- Help recording, reporting, resolution and prevention of business incidents involving Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Assist with impact assessment, analysis, and regression for Quarterly releases. Perform proof of concept, validation, testing and UAT for new features to be adopted in each quarterly release.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend application enhancements and solutions. Translate high-level requirements into functional specifications.
- Maintain documentation of enhancements and configuration changes.
- Train users on new functionality and create user training materials.
- Work closely with any implementation and managed services partners to get a complete understanding and knowledge transfer of work being performed by third parties.
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Minimum of seven years hands on experience with Oracle HCM
- Technical and functional experience in the main Oracle Financial Modules: HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence and Recruiting.
- Oracle HCM development experience including SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM databases and strong SQL skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Oracle HCM Common features and native tools.
- Experience with supporting the Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting functions like BI Publisher and OTBI Reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willing to learn new Oracle Cloud infrastructure tools like Oracle Integration Cloud
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
